Brake calipers will always rust. However whenever you change tires remove the retaining springs and replace if they are corroded, otherwise they get stuck and are a PITA to remove.
As long as you're pistons and slide pins are working fine I wouldn't worry. If it bothers you take a wire brush to them and clean off the surface rust.
If it works don't touch it.
