I recently bought a beef rib roast and removed the bones to turn the roast into steaks. Like the name the implies, these are rib bones (#6-12) from the cow. They are uncooked, and about 6-inches long by maybe 1-inch wide. My dog is 60lbs and a strong chewer.
Would something like this be ok to give my dog? I know she’d enjoy them, but just want to make sure she doesn’t hurt herself.

No.
I don’t give my dogs anything I can’t stick my finger nail in. Chewing bones creates a huge risk for breaking teeth. I also worry about them choking or getting an obstruction.
You risk a slab fracture of a tooth +/- a FB obstruction (powerful chewers can bite off a hunk and swallow it, but may not be able to pass it).
