The cardio said she's still ok for most anethesia types since no CHF/late stage yet. She's only got some big teeth left. Could they pull any decent teeth early? And I assume no teeth means no worries for the bacteria to cause organ disease or do I need to then clean her gums somehow?

She also has 270 ALT! but vets said that's fine for teeth cleaning, no other chem 10 bad #s. Although that's the only lab I had run. I'm very low income but if there's something I should do for labs to make sure there isn't a major liver issue overall? I'll save up if it's vital.
