With the cold weather a stray that sleeps under the shed comes and sits on my doormat when the door is open, I believe it is quite young and have noticed it looks like it has a bald spot when it turns its head (from its eye to ear) it looks the same on each side which makes me think it could be normal but I don’t know whether I should take it to the vets or if it looks fine
