I have a white Persian kitten 3 months old named Whiskey. In last two months she got fainted like this twice. First time she heard the vaccum sound. Frozen. Then meowed loudly, pooped all out on the spot and I had to rush her to vet, they gave glucose, probiotics etc and after like 6 hours of restin, she became normal.
After a month today also this happened. This time no sounds. She was playing quite normal. She had dry food multiple times(but that's usual, not much) and had wet food during routine dinner time and after sometime suddenly meowed too loud, fainted and pushed all poop out on spot and fell. This time also I fed her water and glucose through syringe.
My vet said dehydrated. But could tell what exactly could be reason of dehydration. Need help.

I would recommend bloodwork and consider an echocardiogram (ultrasound of the heart) to rule out a heart issue as the cause of her fainting episodes. Other possible causes include seizures or vaso-vagal episodes.
Film her if it happens again. For the vet.
I would definitely get her heart checked out.
