Hi everyone. I’m sorry if this isn’t the sort of place that i am supposed to be posting this but I really need some advice/ support. I was stroking my cat today and noticed that he has a lump on his belly. He is quite overweight so it could be a fatty lipoma but I am just really freaking out that it might be something worse.

He really hates the vets and I don’t want to have to take him if I am just overreacting but obviously if it is serious I want to get him treated.

His diet and behaviour hasn’t changed at all and he is being very cuddly and lazy as usual. And when I pressed on the lump, he wasn’t in any pain and he didn’t move or react.

Also, I know that nobody will be able to actually answer my question without examining him but I just really don’t know what to do and I am really worried about it. Does anyone have any advice or any sort of words to calm me down? Thanks
