My 13 year old Pomeranian has been having some stomach issues. His belly makes gurgling sounds, he eats grass, and won’t eat food and sleeps all day. Lately he has been waking me up with heavy panting trying to get off the bed. Today I helped him get down and it was too early and dark to let him out so he knows to hop into the shower to relieve himself (he rarely does this). He had diarrhea and it has some pinkish red in it and has not eaten anything red or honestly anything besides some boiled chicken, rice and kibble. The diarrhea was like jelly consistency. This is his third time with panting heavy trying to go to the shower to potty (I usually let him outside) but I’ve never seen any poop like this in my yard. Is this concerning? Thanks in advance!!
