    >Marxism is an analytical tool which can be used in any country

Literally my point, what's wrong with applying it in America? Anti-ACP leftists fighting ghosts as always.

  • It’s great that Reddit offers parity between left and right

  • There needs to be a new American Marxism because of the woke fungus.

  • wasn't early America like super capitalist/libertarian? Jefferson is basically saying what everyone has been saying, from the left to the right.

  • Sure America needs it, but it has to be rebranded. The capitalist fascists have poisoned the name.

Humanism. Just call it humanism. Let's change capitalism for humanism.

Socialism isn’t a scary word anymore.

Of course not to us, but maga proletariat craps their pants when they hear the word and they start screaming “Marxist!!” and they don’t even know what they are saying.

Did Lenin condemn the masses for their illiteracy or did he do the hard and inglorious job of providing results that improved their lives?

Why are you sitting in a chair and yapping? Go out and do the work, join the party that's already being built right now. You are 100x the bigger enemy of the American working class than any "rural chud" until you understand that your job as a communist is to serve and correctly articulate their grievances.

Be humble in the face of the People.

What are you talking about? 🤣 I’m saying that the American public at large will have a heck of a time accepting socialism because of how capitalists have tirelessly brainwashed the public against it.

Ok and what are you doing about it except giggling and isolating yourself into groups based on proximities to your own personal sensitivities?

Communism isn't a personal identity. Marx said it is the real objective movement of History, which means you need to recognize and STUDY the objective changes occuring in the 21st century instead of the people's initial subjective and instinctive response to the word.

"Ye shall know them by their works".

Show them your works. Join the Communist Party.

And what would that work be? Playing communist on reddit? And who would be shown that work? Other redditors? And why are you quoting scripture? And what makes you think I don’t already belong to the communist party in real life? Because I stated the fact that the very word Marxism strikes blind fear in American citizenry as a whole? America isn’t going to be talked into marxism, or forced into marxism.

"What and why and how and who?"

I hear a lot of excuses from a bovid about why you and your ilk have been impotent for the past 40 years, blaming the masses of your own country for the fact that they rightfully distrust you.

"Marxism" is no more incomprehensible to the modern American than it was to the illiterate peasants of the Russian empire. It is your DUTY to articulate their grievances and learn from these people.

Don’t be so insulting and condescending towards your fellow comrades. You have zero idea who any of us are, where any of us have been, or what any of us have done.

Exactly. The colour red, hammer & sickle, Marx, Communism, it’s all been poisoned. At this point it would be better to call it Startrekism or something. Use the star fleet delta and shit.

  • We really don't anymore than we need Israeli Marxism. We need anticolonial Marxism.

“Anti colonial” Marxism IS Marxism. You CANNOT be successful at organizing in a country from a place of opposition to the nation itself. Socialists can draw the distinction between the people and the government, but we must approach our work as the work of building our people up from a place of love or the people will not see themselves in our project. I want socialism so my neighbors and my loved ones can live and thrive. Sure I want an end to Americas global reign of terror, but I’m not gonna knock on anyone’s doors to tell them why they should oppose AFRICOM if I want them to join me doing the work.

It is definitely harder to draw the line between a patriotic socialist line in America and one that tolerates Americas history for chauvinism, but that’s the work. There are enough people within our country that are subject to the ways that it oppresses us within to focus the fight there, and connect the work of transforming it to the work of dismantling the empire along the way. We wont win the American people on behalf of the people around the world. It has to be for ourselves.

What do you think Israeli communists should do, are they not allowed to advocate a single Palestinian state?

I don’t give a fuck about what an Israeli does

  • American Marxism?

We have plenty, for example David Harvey, Michael Roberts, Noam Chomsky...

Keep in mind Marxism is an analysis and critique of Capitalism. Marxism doesn't give recipes on how to handle its many issues. Marxism has been used to justify certain left-leaning parties and governments. Kind of how "Democracy" is used for both: consolidate social right laws and bomb the middle east.

Democracy and Marxism are not mutually exclusive.

Ugh no Chomsky, bad example, he was an anti-communist who opposed socialist countries, controlled opposition and also best pals with Epstein and Bannon. Totally corrupt

Chomsky is an anarcho-syndicalist, which is critical of some Marxist theories. I don't really agree with the assessment that Marxism is defined as being a criticism of Capitalism, that's looking at the body of work on a very literal level. It's just that the confronting of capitalism was necessary for Marx and co in order to explain why that system doesn't work in order so that they could then theorize about what a better system might be, and socialism is the answer that was arrived at after capitalism was denounced

  • Why do we need to follow the ideology of a communist begger?

    Who are you?

    A reality check.

    Cringe as fuck lmao

Marx was of higher class than you. Him getting an allowance from his rich admirer for his philosophical contributions is no different from you getting the whatever money you're getting from whatever shitty job you have. 🤷‍♀️

So you admit Marxism needs Capitalism to exist.

    Prove that it doesn't then.

I have no idea what you're talking about but Marx was not anti-capitalism. 🤷‍♀️

Of course you do but you choose ignorance.
