dunno why you get downvoted, I live in Bucharest and I support what you said. Most gypsies are not integrated and also some cities are full of them, Ploiesti or Craiova for example.
Some are very well integrated. Some not so much. They are not like a monolith.
Most aren't. Left my trash at one of the public bins 5 minutes later two gypsies shoulder deep in it.
Probably looking for plastic bottles. Not a bad thing if they don't litter the place and make a mess on the ground.

It depends on the regions / here in Transilvania they are integrated in some parts, they have jobs and trades . Below the mountains is another story .
