Why can I comment on a subreddit called and mention any paid software, from Karafun to Karma, etc., but if I comment and recommend a software, it's hidden?
There are comments mentioning 20 paid programs, and they're absolutely there.
I recommended another program, and the comment was hidden, given that I didn't even include a download link. Two moderators have targeted us here in Italy because most karaoke users use the Karaoke5 program. Other users tried to enter the keyword for the software in question and were immediately banned.
Because spamming is against the rules in most subreddits, including that one. Rules 2 and 3 in particular...
You have to ask the mods of that Subreddit you're having troubles with. We don't know
I tried but they don't even answer me.
Then the best is to move on and engage in another sub
It sounds like that sub might not allow you to recommend software, only to talk about it neutrally. This makes sense as an anti-spam rule.
But if that’s not what you mean, I’m having trouble understanding your post. Could you rephrase please?

Are you the developer/owner of the Karaoke5 program? And does the subreddit have a rule against self-promotion?
They have a rule against any product promotion, not just self promotion. That's likely the issue
I have been using it for twenty years and I am fond of it and recommend it.
If your content is similar to others, it might be your karma being low (6) rather than the content of your comment.
