  • Do you mean India or Indiana, US?

    If you mean Indiana, there's nothing to do. You resigned. Being on a no rehire list is common and legal. You can't change it, so it's best to just move on.

    Now if you're alleging he was targeting you for something illegal, and you were going to HR about that, there may be more to the story. They still don't have to rehire you, but a complaint to the state or feds may have some traction, depending on what exactly happened.

  • You've resigned. Move on with head held high and lessons learned. Really you do not want to take on an international firm the size of EY. You could try filing a formal Complaint with Indian Dept. of Labor. But it will more likely than not go nowhere.
