30F, medications include trazodone and methylphenidate. Maybe a week or so ago I started having an itch on my back, near my right shoulder blade. A little more toward the spine and maybe slightly below the shoulder blade itself. I’ve examined the area in the mirror, I see no bumps or red spots that would indicate a bite or a pimple, no scabs, no visibly dry/scaly portions, no new or irritated moles. Right now the area does look red, but I was scratching it a few moments ago. No matter how much I scratch it when I finally break down, it never feels like the itch goes away, or if I get a moment of relief it comes right back.

Since I never know what could be relevant - I’m also having labs done this week to check, among other things, my thyroid levels as I’ve been experiencing hair loss, fatigue, increased growth of facial hair, and some weight gain. Though the last thing could be related to an injury in my leg that is absolutely refusing to heal (bone marrow edema first diagnosed 12/20/2024) which has inhibited my ability to exercise normally. I also have a family history of a variety of thyroid impacting issues including hashimotos and graves.
