Hi , I (16 M) am going through some symptoms from few months ago. About a month ago , I started to get shortness of breath after a mild activity and dull ache pain left upper back. I went to hospital and they did my ecg. It was abnormal. Then they shifted to emergency room and did my trop t test . Thank God, it was normal. The next day they did echocardiogram ant it was also normal. I was free to go but after that I started to breath heavily, It felt like my nose air passages had become very narrow. I used to breath roughly through open mouth. Two days after , it got worse and I went to pulmonologist. He did ecg and it was again some abnormal . He gave me Nitroscot and blood thinner tablet. I took them and I felt completely normal. After that , I started to feel dull ache pain in upper left back again . It usually starts with sitting and improves by sleeping and laying. It comes with a pulsating feeling in back. After that, I had typhoid igM and igG positive. I took antibiotics and got recovered. As I stopped antibiotics, I startet to get shooting dull pain in nerves , mostly around hands and feet with burning and redness in hands. There were also some blue veins appearing in hands and fingers alongside pain. It remained more than two weeks.I took homeopathic medicine and the pain almost gone. But now the back pain which I described before starts after sitting with pulse in back. I feel muscles tired like from workout. The thing about which I am concerned is that I started to feel my bones more which is increasing day by day. It feels like my foot bones press hard on floor when I stand , my back bones also seems pressing surface when I lay . about every bone of my body feels more touching and also causing discomfort. I feel discomfort in foot bone when I walk. It feels like I got weakness and lost muscles but There is no loss of weight and appetite. Moreover , there is no visible changes in muscle mass. I am very concerned about this as it is worsening, can anyone tell me the cause??? My weight is about 56 kg.
