My dad passed away - here is his visit summary from the ED where he passed. Did they do enough?

28F, vape, IV drug user (fentanyl, methamphetamine) past year, My blood seems to have clots flowing through it.t times when I register, I pull up what resembles a thick blood worm that clogs my needle. I don’t have a clotting disorder. Is there something different about my blood?
