Traffic, hema action or any supermarket for basic stuff . Art supply store for specific things schleiper is my favorite buy they are a few shops (in big cities only)
It depends on what you’re looking for but unless you’re going online I don’t think you’ll find better, but I agree it depends on what you’re looking for. I would never buy yarn from them, for example
Rombouts Neyrinck in Antwerp if I want to buy in person, otherwise it’s bol.com or amazon.
AVA papierwaren usually has a good selection, but tend to be overpriced.
HEMA also has really cute/fun stuff!
Try Ava papierwaren.
Action
Was looking for this comment. I second action. No need to overpay by going to schleiper or Ava.
Jup, pen and paper work just as well when it's cheap. And they have a surprisingly large arts and crafts section.

Flying Tiger, action, sostrene grene
Hema!!
Suprabazar heeft 2 goed gevulde rayons
Hema, standaard boekhandel heeft soms goeie dingen ook
Schleiper is the most comprehensive I’ve found, the downside is if you don’t live nearby. But it’s well worth the trip!
It's rididulously overpriced. Not worth the trip at all.

NIAS near place Stéphanie
And yet big companies insist on buying from Bruneau or some other overpriced shit.
Because of 'onkosten'. Action won't give you an invoice so you can't deduct it from your taxes.

Since I also get my toner from them, I just add "stuff" I need (which isn't much, actually).
Penworld, Sakura Fountain Pen Gallery, Club, Ciaco, Schleiper, Nias.
These are for hobbies though, your employer is the one giving you the pens and paper and stationery to dobyour job.
For fancy stuff, i usually use penworld (notebooks, fountain pens, etc)
For actual office supplies, i use discountoffice.
For private: action, ava, etc etc etc
For business: viking or lyreco

Ava, carrefour, club.
You borrow them from work, obviously :-D If not Ava.
Belgians traditionally "borrow" this from the office.
But if you insist on buying: AVA, Hema, Standaard boekhandel, Carrefour Hypermarkets, ..
Amazon
