It's just the way it backed off at 30s to take the corner at a distance instead of the fastest path to its target.
I know it's probably just a mixture of it having an optimal range, plus its AI training, etc, but they've done have such a good job of making it fly like its got a pilot.
Their behavior is absolutely being updated. Pops now hop to throw off your aim, fireballs will weave so they're not as easy to shoot the moment the inside opens up.
Wasps now lead their shots 100% of the time and ticks not only move faster, but will actively keep moving until they're in the right spot to leap at you.
Even outdoors Leapers will now run away if you hide in a building instead of trying to get in at any cost and letting you get free damage on it.
I was fighting a hornet on a tower and a dude dropped down from above, lands on it and one hit it with a pry bar. Walks off like nothing happened. Pure Aura.
Hahaha my friend hopped on one when he got downed closeish to the exfill and it flew him straight to it and he flopped off an was able to hit the button and got out it was KRAZY!
I hunger for every kind of experience this game has to offer, because it has so much to offer! I hope Embark will expand the horizons of this sandbox! Im dreaming of giant maps with vehicles (just like they originally planned). I dream of multi-seat hover cars, just imagine a raider roleplaying uber, or teams doing racing and "death race" style combat PvP. Imagine stacking multiple stacks of trigger nades on its front and driving it into the Queen Battlefield style. So many opportunities!
Attempted to get a guitar twice yesterday. By the time I reach a second button - someone interrupts the combination. Honestly, they should make the reward for finishing that quest a permanent blueprint for the guitar that doesnt get reset. Or make it unlocked for a purchase, because I hardly see myself consistently getting the guitars to have fun.
I once brought lots of nades and a snap hook to attempt ride rocketeer during a Harvester quest, and throw lure grenades at the Queen to make Rocketeer demolish her. Sadly, I assumed Snap Hook would be optimal to get on top of it, but It always shook me off and eventually I died from the fall. Next time - bring it down with shock nades first. xd

I started to notice more and more drones would follow you inside of buildings , i don't remember them doing that back in beta nor release day.
