That’s fine if that’s how you want to play. Betrayals and camping are part of the game in my opinion but if you don’t want to participate in that and always be the good guy , that’s cool too.

Hey, just checking in to ask if we’re allowed to complain about the updated Shredders making Stella Montis practically unplayable?
Call it whining, but the fucking things keep ruining every fight. There’s too many of them, they’re ridiculously fast, they do massive damage, they have shockingly high range, they’re bullet sponges, they never de-aggro, they usually ignore lure grenades, they’re loud as fuck, and now we can’t even destabilize them.
Who the fuck thought the right move was to give them an ultra buff?
I agree — the Shredder should be removed from this map. Stella Montis should be a PvP-focused map, and the Shredder would be better suited somewhere else.

Tac mk 3 healing will sell for 100k of stash.
Aphelion blueprint, will trade for 6 queen/matriarch cores or 75k worth of stuff.
I don't know if I have the world worst luck or what is happening, but I have tried getting sentinel firing cores for about a week now and have had absolutely no luck. The body either just don't drop at all and fly across the map or they just don't have cores on them. The weapons bench is the last thing I need to get to tier 3 and I just can't.
Does anyone have any tips on what to do or is someone willing to trade me for some? I could really use the help lol.
Blue Gate with any modification almost always has a sentinel in the communications tower, and Buried City has 2 in the townhall and under the brigde also not far from townhall
the real trick is to open the arc couriers.

yeah, in all my time I've received 1 maybe 2 actually from a turret. the other 10-15 have been from the downed arc couriers (not the probes). GL
They drop 100% (or close to it) from the sniper turrets, the ones that put the laser mark on you from hundreds of meters away. The regular gun turrets either don't drop them or have a very, very low %.
i mean i definitely know which ones im going after. they just literally have not been dropping the cores or havent been dropping the bodies in general

Unfortunately not. I ran through pretty much my whole stash but helped a few folks get over the line in the process.
If you want the most return, just hit Stella and don’t fight anybody. Hit the assembly workshops, medical research, metro admin office, security stairwell breach in lobby. Fill up on blues and pinks and extract asap

I started contributing things to the expedition, not realizing it would reset my progress.
I reached the loading stage 5/6, does that mean my character’s going to be wiped automatically when the window closes tomorrow? Or is there a way to not reset?
You won't reset unless you finish the expedition steps AND opt-in. Hopefully your expedition progress is saved for the next one.

No. Vulcano drops like crazy in the event. Tempest you need to farm it. Not event related.

Anyone else been having audio issues since the Cold Snap update? Sometimes music cuts out randomly and cuts back in and I've had issues with other players' VOIP randomly fading in and out. Had another play tell me my mic was doing the same thing. Can't figure out anything wrong on my end.

How much for lvl 2 stock?
The PVP in this game is pretty fun, but honestly in 90% of the encounters i have, if i shoot first, i win. If they shoot first, they win. If you get shot, and you want to shoot back, its basically a 1v1 but one of the combatants don't have a shield. Vice versa if you get shot first.. Anyone agree?
embark really needs to work on themselves and fix the Team bug not showing up. How am I supposed to play a good game when I can't even see who my teammate is?

Tips for the next reset? Made the expedition, mid 40 levels and still feel like a noob. Mostly used stitcher and ferro. Never killed queen or matriarch. Never really got to use the good blue or gold weapons. Tips on this restart to change pace this time around?

If I commit to the expedition now does it lock in at my current Total Value or will my next 20 hours of loot continue to increase that value?
It based on the total value at the time of departure. So yes, you continuing to play and to loot will increase that value.
You can increase your value. However if you die, you will lose your loadout/inventory value.

Have been playing PC only solo queues for a good fortnight - I only picked the game up three weeks or so ago. It's been fun and 99.9% of the time it's been purely PvE, with lots of helpful raiderbros met along the way. Then, yesterday, I complete the expedition and now I'm being shot at in at least 75% of rounds. Did I offend the gods somehow?
Do you engage in fights or try to flee? Either way, players who completed the expedition too maybe start fights for fun more often now until tomorrow.
Nah, it's mostly been ganks from behind or at the extracts. The one fight I've won is where I was hiding between crates on Dam while waiting for a lift to extract, and a guy crept round the corner and shot me in the face with a Ferro. I was able to take him down before he reloaded. Every other time I've pretty much just been shot in the back first.
Yeah I guess that makes sense. Free loadouts and chaos rules.
Yesterday got 1 v 3 , 4 times in a row made me get off the game.

I dont understand talk modes in the game. There is "push to talk" and "push to talk (proximity voice chat)". Can someone explain why there is two?
1 is for party, so only those in your party can hear you. The other is for any players that are within your proximity in-game. I use open-mic for party and just have to bind the "push to talk" for proximity voice chat.
If you want to talk to your squad only and stay silent to others, do not use proximity voice chat.

Hahaha thank you I'm pretty proud of it, had some absolutely insane runs today. Multiple 100k+ pulls out of Stella Montis, average of probably 60k+ per raid today. Just night raids and cold snaps all day lmao. Did around 30-40 runs and only died 5 times I think
Stella montis the GOAT when it comes to pulling in money in my experience.
People sleep on Cultural Archives on night raids for value extraction, got some massive runs looting everything in there plus the key room. Had one where I pulled two mixtapes, two snow globes, and a tempest 2 plus tons of other trinkets lol
You finding those in the breachable boxes? I only get plastic and rubber for some reason in those
The chairs sitting around can contain a good amount of trinkets and blue items, but yeah a lot of that is coming out of the boxes. You gotta go at night and. Breach. Every. Single. One. If you are able to go through most of them you'll find a good amount of trinkets most of the time, obv some runs are better or worse. On that run though, the two globes and one of the mixtapes came from the key room down there, and the other mixtape from the boxes. Also breach all the servers and pick up all the blue items in there you can get a ton of value from those, shredders are a bitch though lol. I recommend some seeker nades and some trigger nades for them
