Hello All, I am the new owner of the KS1C and to say I am disappointed is an understatement. The heating for the base plate is dead out out of the box. Purchased thru Cyber Monday deal and opened for Christmas. No support presumably until Monday, and only option is return for refund, which will mean having to shell out non deal price to replace. Just venting. Not cool that it is dead on arrival like this and not sure I am prepared to pay more now for this risk.

I'm sorry! These kinds of situations are very frustrating. Manufacturing defects can happen, and while it's awful to have to wait, your best option is to contact Anycubic or the site where you bought it so they can take care of it. Be polite and don't worry, they'll sort out your problem.

For me, it would be worth it. I'm happy with mine, especially since you got them at a good price.
If you do decide to resolve the issue, please provide as much information as possible about the error message you're receiving (including photos/video), when it occurs, and if you've already tried anything to fix it. This will help expedite the process with customer service.
I raised a ticket but never received an email confirmation. Checked Junk etc so as it stands not sure if they even received my request.

I usually receive a confirmation email when I open a ticket.
As you mentioned, I've sometimes received them in my spam folder, so it's a good idea to check. I hope they offer you the solution you're looking for 😁
I would absolutely say it’s worth persevering through. My machine has been great to me, aside from some minor issues with ACE feeding occasionally and everything else was user error. I get relatively good prints from it each time, still have to do some dialing in filament profiles but it’s definitely and improvement in ease of use vs an older bed slinger, especially for the price
Anycubic has some of the best after sales support of any company.
