Someone's clearly complaining about the lack of a clock on the "control centre". The response chain flows from there.
What control center? I'm so confused.
I had to google it, it's what they call the quick access menu in the iOS. It doesn't have a clock.

I was able to figure out for context: There's no clock in the control centre.
From the actual context: "I hate that I can't see the clock from the control center."
The joke works the same both ways.
