    I’m looking at current trackage, the stuff I’m seeing that might decrease the jackknife is via the Port Road, which ain’t happening. It’s only good for give or take 30 on that line. Also CSX and the NS York secondary, but you’d have to go over a short line for that, also not happening.

    Does Amtrak generally not use short line trackage?

    No, because shortline trackage is also only good for 30, and while short lines trickle up to cities, they mostly run through small towns.

    Oh it would leave from Hoboken, not Moynihan, but still you can't load cars there.
