Yeah- it’s nice , but not 10k a month nice. I’ve been in really amazing apartments in nyc and this price feels a bit inflated. I would expect around 6-7k

Great questions! It's Sim Audio Moon 700iV2... And re neighbors - I don't play it super loud. And it's a corner unit, so that helps.

Well, that's an instant hit with me - I used to live at the top of a city centre block and had wonderful views from my big balcony. They should be mandatory for high-rise dwellers. Your views must be fantastic at night!
