TLDR She was testing an experimental fighter jet, and when it went wrong it basically caused her to fall out of time. That harness she's wearing was made so she can stay within the flow of time and gives her some limited time travel abilities.
Not a god unfortunately. Think of it almost like bad lag in a video game. One moment you're in the now, the next you're where you were five seconds ago, next you're where you'd be ten seconds from now, and over and over again.
She kinda jumps back forth in time and into other realities at times, with 0 control. With the chrono accelerator she can at least keep herself in this reality, and jump short burst ahead or back in time.
That is how her abilities work in game, dashes forward or rewinds in time.

About that. Someone said on my last post that he was killed during the war in Ukraine. I hope he made it out alive but we actually don’t know.

Time skipping unstable it could unravel the fabric of time if she didn't wear that when it seems like
