I bought a $$ tool item on a "Black Friday Sale" with no notice of shipment yet. Probably should have read the sellers reviews although this is a seller with 1000's of listings. If they are willing to honor their price it should have been shipped by now but there is no notice of ANY action. I paid through Paypal. What's the best technique to cancel?

does it not auto cancel after 7 or 14 days without shipment?
I thought I read here(?) that Aliexpress automatically refunds if there's no evidence of shipping 60+ days AFTER the theoretical ship date? Which is why I'm asking...

thats if it was marked as shipped "awaiting delivery". if it wasnt it auto cancel in 9-12days

is it shipped in the system? aka is the order in "awaiting delivery" state, and not "to ship" state?
If it's before shipping in the system you can cancel and get your money back guaranteed, I mean it should cancel after specified date.
I have one order that is stuck at "packaging started" state, means it's stuck at AE facility, (choice order) so I'm just waiting for the order to time out. in my experience, as long as you have tracking as evidence you should be able to get your money back after the order expires (60 or 90 depends) but yea.
See what the customer service has to say, if nothing changes you can probably start chargeback through paypal
The order does not show anything about shipping, just the purchase. I suspect they're not making enough profit or it was an outright scam.
My question is more should I do anything, or specifically NOT go to Paypal? Or is Paypal the ultimate stop?
