i ordered 3 items, confirmation email only has 1. it says my order was £13.19, despite being charged the full £17.47. this is the only confirmation email i have recieved. will the items be shipped separately? will i even recieve the other 2 items not listed?

Did you accidentally confirm receipt on your order? You actually told Aliexpress that you got your order. Don't worry, this has no influence on your package, it is still on its way to you. However, you can only open disputes for 15 days after confirming receipt. If your order arrives later than that or not at all, you can't open a dispute about it. Next time, be more careful. Don't confirm receipt unless you really got the package.

You made 3 orders not 1. 2 of them are choice orders. You don't get confirmation emails for choice orders. The email is only for the third order.
Emails are often put of date, so always check the current status on the AliExpress website or app. In this case, it shows all 3 items on your screenshot with a status of 'to ship' so you can just ignore the email. See it as an 'we noticed you ordered something', and that's all.
