Ordered a G2 from Moorechip on AliExpress. They shipped it via Post.nl, I’m in the UK.
Tracking says it’s at the collection point, but I have no idea where that is. Post.nl doesn’t have any collection pints in the UK. When I contact the courier they say contact the seller. When I contact the seller, they say contact the courier.
Any suggestions?
Postnl acts as a relay, they'll ship it to royal mail next

It could have gone to a Parceforce or Royal Mail depot?
Put the tracking number into Royal Mail / Parcelforce directly.
Id use https://m.17track.net/en/track as this does sometimes show things I dont get to see on the dashboard tracking. as for POST.NL I find it takes the longest possible time to come and ALWAYS gets flagged on import tax and duty then with parcel force or royal mail
