    My BIL & SIL, who live 6 hrs away, are planning to get up anytime between 5:30AM-7AM to drive down and have Christmas with us after having Christmas with family up there on Christmas Eve. I expect them to arrive around 8PM

    I actually do that. But I set myself realistic goals. Does the task need raising half an hour earlier: sure, it will happen. Does it need more than half an hour: I know I am lying to myself.

    I honestly started using an app that forces me to scan a barcode of a product i put in my bathroom, to turn off my alarm, and surprisingly it's working lol
