I'm kind of curious what people will do once the stuff is all cleared away. Will they still be dropping off coffee cups anyway? Or will they somehow come to their senses and stop once it has been cleaned up?
I read Kevin and another neighbor have agreed to clean up and have been keeping an eye on the place.
