An OG one is Xena Warrior Princess. Started out as a live action YA show, ended up being a real lesbian show.
Also check out Bound if you haven’t seen it. Also an OG movie.
Tipping the Velvet 3-hr miniseries if you like period pieces. Happy ending and coming-of-age tale set in late 1800s London. I still watch it every few years.
I just rented Imagine Me & You yesterday because I wanted a good lesbian romance, after watching When Harry Met Sally with a friend. WHMS is great to watch with a friend who has also seen it before: great soundtrack; you start laughing just before a scene comes up, knowing what will happen or what will be said. I want that for lesbian romance films, too but haven't actually found that yet. I've been watching them this weekend looking for it. I did watch Reaching for the Moon which is either on Netflix or Prime right now. While not a comedy, it is a true lesbian life story of a romance that I had not heard about before, and worth watching. Well made and quite interesting!

Maybe you'd enjoy "Nina's Heavenly Delights"?
Also seconding "Bound" and "Saving Face".
Would add Desert Hearts as an older, but well made film.
