Customer service is hell. Her facial expression was me everyday working retail, no matter what the customer looked like. When customers are being difficult, it drains you. I doubt the ones making this were trying to be malicious.

What the hell would be "positive customer service"? Servers shouldn't have to take abuse while smiling. In my country, if you do not treat the server nicely, you get the boot and a permanent ban on top.
