I wouldn't have cared as much if they hadn't just killed off the serious series completely, hell I would have even taken a more comic book accurate teen titans, but nah, just brain rot slop. If you like it, you do you, it's just sad they went this direction. Teen Titans was honestly the only DC thing I ever cared about.
I think ttgo kinda gets a bad rep somewhat unjustly mostly because for some reason everyone approached it as a continuation of the original series instead of a separate spinoff and when it was nothing like the original series, everyone got mad... even though it was made clear that it was not a continuation.
In a vacuum the series is... well it has its ups and downs and its not my cup of tea but I did appreciate and enjoy some of the jokes in the few epps I did end up checking out out of curiosity
I'm still disappointed that we didn't get a continuation of the og series but in my mind I settled for young justice as the unofficial spiritual successor of teen titans & the justice league so its not too bad.
