Hi all!

I’m throwing an A24 themed party and have thought of food and decorations, but I’m having trouble brainstorming some party games. Right now I have a pin the tail on the donkey with a googly eye and Michelle Yeoh poster, and of course bodies, bodies, bodies.

Does anyone have any other suggestions? Would really appreciate it.

Cheers, TIA

  • Get the hand thing from Talk To Me, take an insane amount of shrooms, hold the hand and see dead people. Or whatever you end up seeing.

  • Make a slideshow quiz. Put 4 vague letterboxd reviews on the screen and make everyone guess which a24 movie its for. I've done this with my boyfriend for war movies, horror movies, mcu movies, rts games, literally anything that has reviews u can make a quiz out of it lmao. Winner gets a small prize or something

Ooh I love this one, thanks!

  • Bodies Bodies Bodies. That’s the game.

  • You could watch The Whale and eat whatever the whale eats

  • Making May Queen flower crowns?

  • Beer pong with orange ping pong balls. (Marty Supreme)

Draw a maze of the sewer and see if people can figure their way out. (Friendship)

    Milk-drinking contest. (Babygirl)

Play one of the boardgames from Heretic. (Heretic)

Serve Coke and beer. Play "match his income to his looks" with photos of guys from Tinder and random salaries. (Materialists)

  • A24 dress up. everyone dresses as their fav movie or character.

  • Turn on past lives and take a sip of bud light every time someone looks into each others eyes.

  • Do the Walrus from the Walrus

  • How many hotdogs can you hold? (EEAAOnce)

  • Pin the Trauma on the Metaphor

  • Get some of those balloons that you make balloon animals out of. Cut the ends off of them and stuff them with polyfill. The game is Hotdog Fingers Escape Room. Wearing the hotdog fingers on both hands, players have to solve a small puzzle to find a combination for a lock and unlock the small box to retrieve a key and unlock the next puzzle or clue. The first person or team to succeed “escapes” the round. You could also just use small jars, medicine bottles with childproof caps.... anything where you really need manual dexterity. Even taping something a surface would work because it would be hard to rip up the tape with hotdog fingers. If they drop an object, they need to "reverse the curse" and do some silly song and/or dance. If they take too long and the timer runs out, they're lost to the Everything Bagel and their game is over.

Woah this is so creative I love it thank you!!!!
