I think Jimmy James is my favorite but for me it's less about the individual characters and more about the interactions between them. Each duo has its own humor. Joe pranking Matthew. Dave & Lisa skulking around in the earlier seasons. Catherine and Bill in the booth. Beth and ... really anyone. Such a great show.
I'm a huge Kids in the Hall fan, so Dave was my favorite, followed very closely by Bill and Jimmy. Remains one of my favorite sitcoms and still holds up mostly well on rewatches.

AndyvDuck was intentionally annoying & Rogan played himself (basically). All around, it was a great show! Hartman was as his best until his death.
It really is a tragedy that we lost phil. And it's also a tragedy that Joe Rogan is as popular as he is lol
