That wouldn't be necessary. The EFTA requires them to make everything public so they are already breaking the law. So they sue for that.

Fyi - they are seeking to have a lot more than we’ve been promised released, such as the interviews with the victims.
It has never occurred to me that Clinton might have had that extra bit of dignity, decency, or common sense not to sleep with underage women, or at the very least, not to expose himself to being blackmailed by a pimp for the rich and famous. He did after all, derail his second term trying to hide his affair with an intern.
When Clinton’s scandal happened society was still struggling to recognize sexual harassment, let alone parse the ethics of a consensual relationship under the shadow of power imbalance. I may have absorbed some Republican messaging that exaggerated his lecherousness. Or maybe he just knows there isn’t any more documentation to reveal.
Very curious what else we might learn.

This imo is part of the problem, everyone knows what's going on and yet for some reason official statements, despite mountains of evidence, refuse to come out and say it. Would rather they not add this purposeful obfuscation of the truth and just omit what they don't want to say.
