It seems unusually veiny and has what looks like a horse ridge on it. It could be scanned, but it gives me vibes of someone inventing anatomy in zbrush. Not an expert though. I only have a few basis for comparison.
This looks like FDM print. How did you smooth the layer lines in the mold area? PVB and isopropanol? Did you apply any mold separator?
Oh fuck yes, I want to try this, please tell me everything.
Download mold, 3d print it, pour two part silicone, Then the real fun begins :)

As evidence by the casting.... they did not. The layer lines are still extremely clearly visible.
