The Egyptians live in a fucking desert. Sure, the Yellow kills Millions, but only cause so many people live nearby. Also, a lot of the Chinese population live near the coast/other rivers. On the other hand, if the Nile had a drought, Egypt would collapse. Everyone lives nearby. Some are close to the Mediterranean, but not that many.
