In the 16th century, after the Schmalkaldic War, Germany was allowed to have Lutheranism and Catholicism, depending on the territory. This, however, was short lasted, as many Germanic Lutheran Nobles, as well as some Catholic ones, would create Vereinigtes Deutschland(Unified Germany when translated to English).
It was established in 1560, by a meeting of those interested in the idea of a unified Germany. They were brought together by Duke Christopher of Württemburg(1515 -1568) and Augustus Elector of Saxony(1526 -1586).
The Country became explosive, with private aid from England( preceding the European 1588 event), Netherlands, and noble families across Europe.
Unified Germany would have primary territory in Central and Eastern Germany.
