At least the semis knew to stay away... Then again having an obstruction at eye level tends to bring the brown trousers rather than getting far enough to add to the can opener count.
It’s the shortcut for those too impatient to go through town…which is all of two blocks in each direction. Saves a traffic light, bike trail crossing, and railroad crossing.
It’s actually a major thoroughfare, which is why so many crash. It’s the only river crossing for miles for vehicles and that bridge is the railroad bridge across the river so unmovable. Very prone to flooding so can’t dig down.
Oh I know this one! It's the low-clearance bridge in Loveland, OH. I used to live right up the street and would take this way to work every day to avoid being stopped by any trains, and my mom lives nearby now, so I see it frequently!
There's a facebook page called Navigating The Loveland Bridge where locals post videos and pics of things happening at that bridge all the time - this post's photo is from that page, they update it every time something new happens. The portapotty one was recent and you can see it on the page - the date was Aug 13th this year.
Ah, this is a photoshopped image! The train bridge doesn't actually have that graffiti on it. It's the facebook group's image to continually update on their page. Sorry for the confusion!
Lol when I first saw the photo and zoomed in I knew right away those details were fair. If you didn't comment I would've wrote this off as just a fake, photoshopped image to try to trick people even though it doesn't really even look convincing
Unclear, but there's no trail visible in the video after it tipped over! So either it hadn't been used (most likely), or it all stayed contained inside.
Have driven under this thing more times than I can possibly remember. Moved away in '18 and never saw the body count tallies they must have added those later! That's great
Someone needs to do this on Storrow Dr. In Massachusetts, one of the lowest bridges is like 8'6 and is on the most direct route to all of the colleges in Boston
Hope the porta potty was empty!
I thought it was the TARDIS
Doctor Poo?
Turdis?
TURDIS
No light on top.
Doctor Stool
From a distance, same.
Odds are it wasn't 🤣 But, that's a crappy job to begin with 😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂🤣😂
Like no humans and dumped? Hopefully. I think it's illegal to transport them in the USA with solids entrained fluids.
"This bridge smells kinda shitty"
Damn, 8ft is pretty brutal.

Yeah, it also looks like it might be relatively local traffic.

LMAO
Bridge is literally lower than eyes level : I bet I can fit.
I couldn't clear that on my bicycle with my hands in the air!
To paraphrase The Town, “This is the ‘Not Fucking Around’ bridge.”

And it isn't hard to avoid! You just go around Greater's and to the bridge that way.
Some people ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
Who keeps score? Government or private effort? 🤔

Edit: forgot a word
Oh! Still funny though and thanks for the reality check
It's still funny 🤣 Have a great day!
Aww. That's disappointing. :(

"The train doesn't actually have that"
Looks like it's on the bridge.
Lmao…that’s awesome, thanks!
Was the porta-potty on its way to or from use? 😆
Unclear, but there's no trail visible in the video after it tipped over! So either it hadn't been used (most likely), or it all stayed contained inside.
Porta-potties are not transported without being emptied and cleaned first, unless it’s some hack-job moving it themselves.
So, frequently then.
Thank you!!

It's a photoshop! From a facebook group.
I guess there is an active betting pool...
Amongst locals, yes. There isn’t much for entertainment in small towns and there is a local bar next to the bridge.
At 8 feet, you might see a category for toddlers riding on their parents' shoulders
Thar would surely be four feet 🤣
How many four foot tall adults do you know?
I said four feet. I didn't mention height.
Wooosh, unlike that bridge…the joke went right over his head 🤣
Brilliant
No Bicycles on roof racks?
Well, they got a kayak. Give it time.
So no semi was hurt? Gonna have a try then!
That bridge was shopped.... aka edited (Before that AI crap came along.)
Look closely at the markings. They repeat a little too consistantly... and the Bobcat's bucket... doesn't mesh well with the bridge frame.
Yes another redditor from that area explained it below. Unfortunately I can’t edit the OP now. Still a fun idea
Now this is funny as hell.
They need something like this in downtown Louisville for the can opener.
This reminds me of the USS barb sinking a train
Where's the Nissan Altima?
Loveland bridge
Even Big Penny in Lansing isn't that low!
Very Awesome!
Brilliant!
